Remedial massage is personalised to suit your individual needs and concerns, which will be determined through a thorough assessment prior to your treatment.  Clinically proven massage methods ranging from light to deep pressure, as well as neuromuscular techniques, will be incorporated to relieve tension, pain and musculoskeletal imbalances.  Although widely used as a treatment for particular concerns, remedial massage is also deeply relaxing.  Maintenance stretching and strengthening exercises may also be prescribed to help you.  Great for back, neck and shoulder pain, sporting injuries, stiffness, headaches and migraines; reduce stress & feel good.  Health fund rebates are now available

Re-align your energy flow, enhance the body and mind with this rhythmic body massage.  Nurturing both mother and child and incorporating a special pregnancy oil blend to sooth and hydrate the skin.  The massage is supported by a purpose designed pregnancy mat which allows you to lie comfortably on your front.
