ACCOMMODATION | RATES TERMS & CONDITIONS

Rates/Tariffs for the Accommodation - All tariffs are in Australian Dollars and include GST. Tariffs are for 2 person

  • May – August $150.00 – $225.00 per night
  • September – April $180.00 – $250.00 per night
  • Prices are subject to change
  • Deposits - A deposit of 50% of the total booking is required to secure your booking and can be paid by MasterCard, Visa or direct deposit by phone order. Please note that before you make a booking and pay a deposit you have read the Cancellation Policy below.
  • Cancellations - All cancellations incur a $33.00 cancellation fee.  Should you cancel your booking, every effort will be made to relet the booking in total. If rebooking is successful, your deposit will be refunded less the $33.00 cancellation fee.  If the cancellation is less than 14 days prior to your arrival date, and rebooking is not successful, your deposit will be retained by The Island Spa.If the cancellation is more than 14 days prior to your arrival date, and rebooking is not successful, your deposit amount (less $33.00) may be transferred to an alternate date within 2 months of the cancellation

Minimum Bookings

  • Christmas – New Year: 4 nights
  • Easter – 3 nights
  • Long Weekends – 2 nights
  • Melbourne Cup – 2 nights
  • Standby may be available for single nights on weekends.
  • Discount prices can be arranged for return customers, if booked directly through our office. Subject to availability and not valid peak times.
  • Sorry we have no facilities for children.
  • Check in from 3.00p.m.  Check out 11 a.m.  A late check out can be arranged for an additional fee.
  • Smoking – Our Retreat  endorses a strictly no smoking policy indoors, but has outdoor provisions.
  • Pets – No provisions are available for pets.
